Roche Computational Sciences Summer School 2026 is open for registration: PhD students with background in natural sciences and computational sciences are invited to join us for a week of hands-on computational research in drug discovery, creating systematic annotations of chemical probes to advance phenotypic drug discovery. Find out more and register here.

This is the 5th version of the summer school. Previously, it was known as the Predictive Modeling and Data Analytics (PMDA) summer school. Since its inception in 2022, we have opened our door to host more than 40 excellent PhD and master students. They have been working together with us on diverse topics include single-cell data analysis, teratogenicity prediction, protein turnover prediction (with interesting results contributing to a review), and protein abundance modeling.

This year, we invite the students to help us enhance PACE (Pathway Annotated Chemical Ensemble), Roche’s chemogenomic library, by improving the annotations of the chemical probes and by categorizing new chemical probes that have emerged since the last update of the library. We look forward to working with enthusiastic talents on this challenge.
